Filmed in London 2025, this course covers insomnia from different theory perspectives in Chinese medicine, includes an explanation the western medical cortisol HPA axis, then focuses specifically on middle of the night waking insomnia. It includes theory, treatment strategy, herb suggestions and physical treatment protocols. Andrew concludes with a walkthrough an actual treatment protocol, showing the needling and bodywork techniques he uses.
